ARE ITEMS INSTOCK OR PREORDER?

All items are instock, unless stated as preorder.

 

WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay. 

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?

US dollars (USD).

 

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Add the item(s) you would like to purchase. Click "Add to Cart". 
  2. You may continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link.
  3. When you are ready to check out, click on "Checkout" link to view your purchase(s). You may adjust quantities in your bag and click on "Update" to re-calculate your order. You can also view the item(s) in your bag at anytime whilst shopping. 
  4. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. We advise customers to ensure all details are correct before clicking the confirm button.
  5. After checking-out, payment invoice details and an order confirmation email will be sent out to you via email. 
  6. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your item has been mailed.  

 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT? 

Please email us at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop with your order number in order for the team to check if your items has been dispatched.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT? 

Please email us at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop with your order number and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO BE MAILED OUT AFTER MY PAYMENT IS BEING VERIFIED?

For instock items, we will mail out your items within 3-12 working days. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

For pre-purchase/ preorder items, they will be shipped out when it arrives. Preorder items will take 2-3 months to be ready. If your order contains 1 or more pre-purchase/ preorder items, the entire order will ship out when all items are ready. 

All orders will be shipped from Singapore, via Qxpress (local) or Singpost (International)

International shipping usually takes 2-6 weeks , but this varies depending on unforeseen circumstances such as busy delivery load or customs delay, etc.

  

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES LIKE?

These are the base shipping fees and it may increase if more products are added to your cart.

Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of package, and will be auto-calculated at the checkout page.

Singapore flat rate of USD $3.20 for up to 5kg
International starts from ~USD $5.06

 

For EU countries, do note that VAT may be collected by your local courier/ postal operator, and you may only be able to receive your parcel once VAT has been paid. 

Alternatively, for shipping to EU countries, please purchase on our Etsy Shop instead.

We are not able to send to Germany due to the packaging act law.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

We will send an email notification of shipment with tracking number (Shipping confirmation email).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For Singapore local orders, you can track your order here.

For International orders, you can track you order on Singapore Post website.

Tracking details may vary, depending on country. Singpost provides tracking information all the way till they dispatch from Singapore. There might be some countries that do not provide further tracking information when the parcel arrives there.

Do note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG TO ARRIVE AFTER BEING DISPATCHED?

Some locations may experience shipping delays which could take up to months. If your order has not arrived for more than 2 months, please contact us at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop with your order number, we will try our best to assist you!

  

WHY WAS MY ORDER RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 

Please drop us an email at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop and we will wait for your package to be returned. Please note we will require you to make payment for shipping fee before we can proceed with the second delivery attempt.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not have a return policy. Goods once purchased are non-refundable unless incorrect or defective. All sales are final.

 

THERE'S A MISSING ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO? 

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop and we’ll send you the missing item as soon as possible. 

  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECT ITEM/INCORRECT? 

  • Oops! We apologize if a defective or incorrect item was sent. Please drop us an email at sales@thatgoodfeeling.shop within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) and we will get back to you.
  • Replacement or refunds will not be provided for damages caused from mishandled shipping by the shipping company.
  • Please be aware that Grade B enamel pins are not considered defective, for more information about pin grading, click here.
