All merchandise sold on THATGOODFEELING is intended for personal use only, and not for commercial resale. THATGOODFEELING will not disclose your email address or any other personal and confidential information.
All items on THATGOODFEELING are in stock unless otherwise stated.
- For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 2-5 working days.
- Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s) before checking out.
- That Good Feeling will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong products are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
- Please ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery and redelivery cost will be borne by buyer.
- For instock items, we will mail out your items within 3-12 working days. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
- For pre-purchase/ preorder items, they will be shipped out when it arrives. For more information on the estimated arrival timing, please check the product page. If your order contains 1 or more pre-purchase/ preorder items, the entire order will ship out when all items are ready.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
- That Good Feeling reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
- All prices are final upon payment checkout.
- Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
- Refunds will not be allowed for purchase of wrong products.
We do not have a return policy. Goods once purchased are non-refundable unless incorrect or defective. All sales are final.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECT ITEM/INCORRECT?
- Oops! We apologize if a defective or incorrect item was sent. Please drop us an email at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) and we will process an exchange for the defective item immediately. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- Replacement will not be provided for damages caused from mishandled shipping by the shipping service.
- Please be aware that Grade B enamel pins are not considered defective, for more information about pin grading, click here.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
- Items with slight imperfections which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
